We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning and execution of engineering design projects in electrical distribution, transmission, substations, and renewable energy. Serving a variety of utility clients across British Columbia and Canada, this role requires proactive leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality results.

- Manage and coordinate tasks across multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate internal tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing schedules, deliverables, and client needs.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases.
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of all Project Management Framework tasks.
- Lead internal and external project coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage change orders, contractor payments, and other contractual elements impacting project scope and budget.
- Oversee client invoicing and support collections as needed.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in financial and schedule management.
- Highly motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to dynamic project environments.
Education & experience
- Post-secondary education, Technical Diploma or Business or Technical Degree.
- 3+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in the utility or energy sector.
- Familiarity with electrical infrastructure projects is an asset.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and software (MS Project, MS Office, especially Excel).
- PMP certification or progress toward certification is considered an asset.
