Libro Thoppil is a Masters graduate from Dalhousie University and has 5 years' experience in power engineering in distribution, and oil & gas. During his career, Libro has held technical and managerial roles on major projects. He brought his experience in technical design of distribution lines and data management.
His experience includes providing engineering support on voltage conversion of overhead and underground powerlines. He is familiar with Canadian design codes, standards and practices, as well as SPIDA CALC, PLS-CADD, and family programs.
